Aerodrums and Aered forums

I just purchased Aerodrums. I read both the printed and online manuals. I set it up carefully but the lamp doesn't light up. Can anyone help? thanks - Steven

Sorry to be asking such a silly question, but I presume you found the small switch on the side of the lamp? Does the lamp flicker on and off when you move the USB plug in the socket? Do you have other equipment with a USB socket to try the lamp on (for example a charger)?

We will send you a replacement lamp if none of this helps.
