Hi..just a quick video showing my experiment with brushes. I used standard drum brushes and attached reflector balls. I recorded my 12x7 birch Snare to create the sample elements.
Definitely a work in progress but a lot of fun

you and Wolfgang are inspirations. Always pushing it.
Re: Aerobrushes
Ah thanks man..I’m just a fan of the product...lol...today I’m going to try recording samples of one of my own acoustic kits to go with the brushes idea. I’ll see how that works out..
Re: Aerobrushes
Nice experience. Are you working with sliding samples with your left hand and hitting samples with the right one? The brushes are just for fun, isn’t it?

Re: Aerobrushes
Hi Wolfgang...yes I recorded my own Snare samples. The left hand is a medium brush sweep which I Trigger from an Element next to the main snare which is a multi-velocity brush tap. Obviously they can be played with sticks but it just didn’t feel right..hence the brushes experiment . I’ve spent today recording some brush rides and a crash ride. Hopefully I’ll get chance to put another little video together.Wolfgang wrote:Nice experience. Are you working with sliding samples with your left hand and hitting samples with the right one?
