Camera sensitivity

Hi,
I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere so here it is. Would it be possible to have a camera sensitivity control? I know you have sensitivity controls already but this would address the problem of too much background light when playing in some daylight or performance situations. I realize that dialing down the overall sensitivity would not help with stray "hard" reflections but it could reduce general glare and make the reflectors the brightest things in the scene. I guess I could set up a black curtain behind me, wear black clothes, etc. but that would just add more to to the setup.
Thanks
