Paid version and still cant export pdf fliles

Hi!
Recently i got the aered paid version, but unfortunately i cant export pdf files...
I have already registered it, but still nothing...
Need help!

Hi, thanks for paying for Aered. Registration shouldn't affect the ability to export PDF files.
Can you explain what happens when you try to export a PDF and also if you are running the Mac or Windows version?

Hi Richard, i have windows 8, and when i try to export a pdf file, a "save as" window comes out (as expected), but after having named the file, this doesn´t appear in my computer.

The only reason I can think of why this would fail is because Aered can't open the file you specified for writing. This seems unlikely though.
Does this problem always happen, e.g. if you click the "New file" button and try to export a PDF at that point, does it still produce no PDF? What about if you try to export a WAV, does that work fine?

Hi Richard! now i can export to pdf, i guess is a bug, let me explain where is the problem...
I can export the pdf file, but only in these "levels" of a directory route:
Level 1 - Desk
Level 2 - Folder level 1 (for example documents)
Level 3 - Folder level 2 (for example documents>drum sheets)

After those levels the pdf doesn´t appear..

It sounds like this could be a problem with folder permissions. Could you go to Windows Explorer and right-click on a folder that you're unable to save a PDF to and choose Properties. Then click on the Security tab and check if 'Allow' is ticked for the 'Write' permissions.
