Re: New Soft

Thank you for posting the link. Freedrum uses gyroscopes/accelerometers (IMU for short). We have tested it (using Intel's Curie chip and the assistance of some of Intel's engineers) and concluded that drum sticks undergo too much acceleration for it to allow fast and accurate drumming. The fact that...

Re: About drum setup ???

Yes, but you need to make a copy of one of the preset kits first:
-In the drum kits screen, select the kit you want to start from and then click "Clone"
-Give it a name and press Ok twice
-While drumming, hit menu then "adjust drums" then "place one drum" or "place all drums"

Re: OpenGL support

Hello, did your computer come with Windows 10 installed, or did Microsoft get you to upgrade? The problem you are having can usually be solved by making Windows 10 accept drivers released for earlier versions of Windows. Unfortunately the process is quite convoluted, and it has not affected many use...

Re: Version 1.0.21 does not work

I am sorry that not all of your computers can run Aerodrums. The legacy driver installer was capricious sometimes, that is why we had retired it, except for Windows Vista users. This could explain why things are working fine now that you use Windows 10.
Let us know if you need further help.

Re: Version 1.0.21 does not work

Hello, could you try installing the legacy camera driver available at the link below and let me know if it solves the issue? http://aerodrums.com/camera-driver-legacy-installer/ (please read the note in the green box) If it doesn't work, I will be in touch via PM to arrange a remote assistance sessi...

Re: No signal from aerodrums midi and loopbe1

I am sorry that you have not had success with this.
It is unfortunate that you have not taken up our offer to assist you over the phone with a remote assistance program.
About the refund, I have replied to your email.

Re: No signal from aerodrums midi and loopbe1

Hello, with this configuration, when you play a sound in Sonar, can you hear it? If not, Aerodrums is taking exclusive control of the audio interface. To fix this, go in the latency screen, change the API to Wasapi Shared or the output device to none, then restart Aerodrums. If yes, can you see Aero...
