Re: Recording with Backing Track

I presume you are using the "Export wav..." button from the Recordings screen in Aerodrums. If so, this screen has a checkbox labelled "Incl. song". If this is ticked then the song will be included in the exported wav. If it's unticked then it will just be the drums only. Let me know if that explain...

Re: Hi hat help

Unfortunately, it sounds like you'd need to investigate deeper to get to the bottom of this. GarageBand will trigger sounds corresponding to the MIDI notes it receives. You can use a free online MIDI monitor such as https://www.midimonitor.com/ to see what MIDI notes Aerodrums is sending when you hi...

Re: No Sound for Streaming (OBS)

On Windows, that is correct. In the Aerodrums Latency screen, you can select an audio device. The recommended option is 'Exclusive WASAPI'. This will take full control over the sound device because this is necessary to achieve very low latency. The drawback is that other applications cannot output a...

Re: Hi hat help

Did you try to select the Garage Band preset in Aerodrums and also tick the 'Hihats: open or closed only' checkbox on the Aerodrums MIDI screen? If it didn't work, can you explain what behaviour you observe when playing the hi-hat?

Re: Missing product key

Unfortunately, it sounds like you purchased Aeroband PocketDrums 2 Plus and not Aerodrums. In that case you should contact Aeroband if you need help with their product. To be clear, Aerodrums has nothing to do with Aeroband. In fact, originally they were calling their product 'Aerodrummer'. It was o...

Re: Sensitivity/Volume values not saved

Ok thanks. It is probably a bug. We will try to reproduce it ourselves.

Re: Sensitivity/Volume values not saved

Thanks for that. It looks like this might be a bug.

Is it the case that, if you change the volumes/sensitivities of your elements after editing your kit and save it then it works as expected?

Re: Sensitivity/Volume values not saved

I don't think we've seen this issue before. Assuming you're running on Windows, could you check the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Aerodrums\conf\drumkits" for the file whose name matches the name of your custom kit. Then either check the contents of the file to see if it contains the new values you...

Re: Aerodrums 2

For stage use all the edrum stuff I've looked at only has stereo outputs. So why use that very curious phrasing of "via USB for stage mixing"? Can you shed some light on this? The line preceeding the line you quoted said: But not only that. Aerodrums 2’s advanced connectivity options and over-the-a...
