Re: Recording

To get low latency sound from Reaper, you need to make sure Reaper uses WASAPI or ASIO for audio output. If you decide to try ASIO but your sound card driver doesn't support it, asio4all will probably do the trick: http://www.asio4all.com/ . It is a very popular generic ASIO driver among Windows use...

Re: Recording

If you want to keep the nice Aerodrums sound, or don't have a good drums sampler, the MIDI way won't cut it. We plan to include Audio routing features to Aerodrums, but it will take a while. In the meanwhile, you can use virtual audio cable software. On Windows, I have tried VB-Cable and found the l...

Re: PC program - download version

Sorry about this, it is long overdue.
There is now a download page on the Aerodrums section of the website: click the DVD-less installer button.
You will need your Aerodrums product code.

Re: Feature requests

I'll often play rock/punk/metal ect and sometimes to hold my foot at a 45° angle to have the hat half closed causes slight strain. So if I understand well you want to cap the openness of the hihat to a smaller gap. We are planning to implement a drop clutch feature for people who play double bass, ...

Re: Pedal issues

Can you see if the labeling of your left foot turns from "LF" to "RS" when the problem happens? As a test could you try placing your feet further apart than you normally do and see if it still happens? Are your hihat and kick pedals placed nearer to each other than in the preset kits? Aerodrums has ...

Re: What is the max on kit size?

You can use your own samples to create new drums/cymbals, but if you want to mix and match between the samples that ship with Aerodrums and yours, you will have to make sure yours are in tune with Aerodrums'. We will keep tuning in mind when priorit...

Re: Shipping to New Zealand

Well I hope not but unfortunately we were just about to make a deal with an Australian distributor and it fell through at the last minute. We are now looking into selling directly in ANZ, but it will take a while to setup. Mid August is the earliest it will happen. I have a few boxes stuck in France...
