You obviously need now a Team to re-write the software to work on tablets. It would not be a bad way to go.

Re: New version of Aerodrums @NAMM 2016

That is hell cheep, meaning the lenses are then most probbly pretty shuddy. Try a google cardboard and then try a rift or GearVR. The difference is between day and light. Yes it would work if AD is on google or Apk download, on Samsung you would need to turn it into a google cardboard with a magnet....

Re: Drumstick orb lights with button cell DIY

I am going to try that tomorrow with the ps move. I've gotten 2 from a friend and after charging I will install the pc drivers and let the balls light up. Let's see what happens.
nice video demo, thanks.

Re: Drumstick orb lights with button cell DIY

The problem is most probably how the software calculates the position of the markers. The reason for using retro-reflectors is that when the LED light from the ring light on the camera hits the retro-reflectors on the sticks or feet, they reflect in exactly the same direction as from where the light...

Re: Drumstick orb lights with button cell DIY

That looks great, nice idea. I would be interested in how good the tracking to the sides work as my experiment was very good towards the middle but on the side drums useless. Let us know how it goes. I am still trying for the IR method, but I have to wait until end of the month before I can get all ...

Re: I’m planning to turn white light into Infrared light.

Ok, I found this PDF http://www.intersil.com/content/dam/Intersil/documents/an17/an1737.pdf Eye safety calculator Excel. http://www.intersil.com/content/dam/Intersil/misc/light-sensors/exposure-calculator.xlsx It all looks to be very complicated and there is a link in the pdf to an IR Eye safety cal...

Re: I’m planning to turn white light into Infrared light.

Hi, everyone So, I did not get the whole day today for myself, what I expected but I did get a little time to try out some IR-LED’s and have had a few thoughts about it all. First off, I only had a 5°, 20° and a 40° IR to hand. The 40° was much better in lighted situations and I see now that I am go...

Re: I’m planning to turn white light into Infrared light.

First success with Infrarot LED. So, as I have 6 of the old ps3 cameras destroyed the first one and took my time with the second one removing the IR filter. Did that and managed to scratch the lens and I then thought, this just isn’t gona work, but it did. Now just using a single IR-led attached to...

Re: CAMERA AND LIGHT USING ONLY ONE USB. SUCESS!

Well, looking at this now it actually looks very practical. Maybe one could just fix the camera to this and you already have a bendy stand. You would just need to clamp it to the table and it could then be very practical. As I tend to mess about a lot getting the position and height right and the we...
