Re: New version of Aerodrums @NAMM 2016
It will be a free software update if you own Aerodrums.

Re: upgrading sound card and WASAPI
I forgot to mention that you may need to enable access to Exclusive WASAPI before you can select it in Aerodrums. You can do that as follows: Go to Windows Control Panel –> Sound –> Playback tab Select the audio playback device that you are currently using and then go to Properties -> Advanced tab I...

Re: upgrading sound card and WASAPI
Sorry to hear about this. For the PC with the Intel graphics card, all I can suggest is to try find more recent drivers if they exist. For other PC, I'm not sure why ASIO4ALL isn't working for you, just make sure you don't have any other program running that might be taking exclusive control over yo...

Re: crashes on opening
Sorry to hear this. After installing Aerodrums for the first time did it crash immediately after it was run or did you get to the point where you can configure the audio device settings? Did it ever work in any circumstance, e.g. non-MIDI mode with non-ASIO device?

Re: Width of the room
Hi, to set up Aerodrums you need to place the camera at the height of a standard table/desk. You'll then position your seat such that the distance along the floor between the camera and the tip of your feet when seated is 1.2m or 4 ft. So your room will need to accommodate your chair and table with ...

Re: No Menu icon
The Menu button changes to a Mute button if 'Stage Mode' is selected. This option is a checkbox that can be found in the Aerodrums Preferences screen. Uncheck the option and you should see the Menu button on the drumming screen.

Re: Minimu requisites for Aered
Good question Paulo. While we don't have any official minimum requirements for Aered, I would say that they are very low, certainly much lower than Aerodrums.
I'd say any computer running Windows Vista or later, or Mac OS X 10.6 or up should be able to run it fine.

Hi, the reason you can't buy Aerodrums currently from our website is because we are out of stock until next month.

Re: No Audio!!!!
Sorry to hear you're having problems. When you set Aerodrums to use the Exclusive WASAPI audio device, it is normal that it will prevent other programs from outputting audio while Aerodrums is running. Is it the case that your computer still outputs no audio after shutting down Aerodrums? If so, tha...

No, the latency between audio and visuals should be imperceptible.
