Re: Lantecy issue on new MacBookPro 2020
Ok, that's good to hear. Aerodrums 3D has some options in its menu to limit the frame rate. You should be able to set the maximum frame rate to 30 or 60 FPS to stop your fans from going crazy. I can't recall ever seeing the other problem. Maybe a reboot would help to ensure you don't have other apps...

Re: Lantecy issue on new MacBookPro 2020
Hi, when you tried Aerodrums on other Macs and didn't achieve full frame rate, was the camera plugged directly into the computer or was it going through a USB hub or adapter? From what you said it could be an issue with the USB-A to USB-C adapter. We had one other customer who had a similar issue (a...

Re: Output pedal movement as MIDI signal?
For hihats, Aerodrums will send a MIDI value (I believe in the range [0,255]) representing how far the hihat pedal is pressed down. By default it uses CC4 for this which you should be able to access in your program. On the MIDI screen in Aerodrums, you will need to disable the two options under the ...

Thanks for testing that. I'm sorry it didn't work as I expected.
If you wouldn't mind running one more thing, I just sent you a private message with a link to another file.

Re: Export to PDF isn´t possible
Thanks for this info. It has been very useful in determining the likely cause of the issue which I believe to be due to the missing arialbd.ttf file. Here is a link to a new version of Aered that has a fix: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6lusq291ro95qkq/aered_unsigned_pdf_bugfix.zip?dl=0 This version wil...

Re: Export to PDF isn´t possible
Hi André, I'm not sure what the cause of this is but here are a few things to check: 1. Are you sure you are using the latest version of Aered that we updated a few weeks ago? 2. Are you able to export a WAV file using the button underneath the export PDF button? 3. If your file name contains non En...

Re: New Aered release to fix macOS issues
Hi, this is because currently there is no file association set up between Aered and .aer files so you won't be able to open them by double-clicking on them.
You should open .aer files by either dragging and dropping them onto the Aered window or using the 'Open File' button within Aered.

Re: Entering odd number groupings as sixteenth notes
This is very big task that requires a complete rewrite of the notation formatting algorithms. We had done some work towards it but it got paused due to other product development priorities. Our development team is small and we have just not got around to doing this yet. I'm sorry.
