Re: Bass pedal fast notes not played
I am a guitar player who likes to drum to songs for meditation/listening. I am a two year plus aerodrum user at this point, and the kick drum is definitely the weakest link in my drumming game. I have had nights where my kick drum foot feels alive and doing all the things a drummer would do. I have ...

Re: custom drum elements
Richard,
When working with just two drums (in my case a snare and a kick). How do you get the snare to only be in the snare region, instead of being able to snare anywhere else in the field?

Re: custom drum elements
Hi Condordontsurf....hope you are enjoying dabbling with custom samples. After several experiments with midi I have much more enjoyed creating my own custom drum elements. I basically recorded 10-15 different velocity levels of each kit piece using just a single condenser mic into my Tascam recorde...

Re: custom drum elements
Thank you for that great info. Right now I am just dabbling, so I will report back after trying more. I think most of the samples I have don't have various volumes. Is there any chance of you guys releasing new kits? I have spent hundreds on other programs to work with Aerodrums.

custom drum elements
Happy New Year guys. Can we discuss the do's and don'ts of creating (organizing) your own custom drum kits from samples? I would love to see how some people have their directories laid out. I have tried dabbling with this using only 4 samples. Some samples were triggering together with one hit. I ha...

Re: Midi sensitivity settings
I did change it a few times last night and couldn't tell a great deal of difference. I will continue to experiment.

Re: Midi sensitivity settings
Richard, IF I have midi filtering set to high and the drum sensitivity set to low on most drums, how does the latency setting work with this? I will experiment with it myself, but would like to hear from an expert. I am quite pleased with how these are responding with the settings. I may want to act...

Awesome! I am very interested doing something like you did to block the light. I love the ingenuity. I would love to
Eventually have some kind of hybrid kit.

Re: Midi sensitivity settings
Wolfgang,
I tried what you suggested and yeah very quiet using Logic drums. I am now wondering how drum hit sensitivity latency (beginner, proficient, and expert) play into this?
