Re: Hit zone of single element way too big?

Yes, in your case you can exaggerate the placement of your ride and floor tom: since it is unwanted floor tom hits that are the problem, you need to move the half way point between your ride and your floor tom so that it favors the ride. So while in the "place one drum mode", select each and hit the...

Re: Hit zone of single element way too big?

Hello, in Aerodrums, each drum has a location in 3D space. The drum that triggers is decided by which drum your stick tip is closest to at the instant of the hit. This means that if for example you have only one snare and one floor tom in a right handed drum set, every hit to the left of the middle ...

Re: Aerodrums Installer

Hello, I am sorry about this issue. We host our files with Amazon's S3 service, unfortunately the connection between their servers and a few internet service providers is not good enough. Using a different internet connection usually solves the problem. I am sending you a private message in case thi...

Re: Need new pieces

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Aerodrums now comes in a new box that includes room for the camera, it has more space for the lamp cable. I'm sorry that the old box was a bit tight once the lamp cable has been unpacked. It's great that you have started gigging with Aerodrums. We will send an ema...

Re: My Product Code does not work

My original reply is quite old, sorry for only posting now.

The product code is now located on a business card sized card with customer support contact details at the back.

It is best to email support if you cannot find the product code.

Re: Pay with PayPal is not working

Thank you, according to PayPal's documentation, this error is raised when PayPal aren't able to pay themselves using the source of funding you have selected. Our website should be telling you this, and to select a different source of funding (e.g. another card, or trying to top up your PayPal accoun...

Re: Pay with PayPal is not working

Hello, I am sorry about this. Do you remember what error message is displayed when it fails?
I am having trouble reproducing the issue on our side.
What country are you accessing aerodrums.com from? (PayPal processes transactions differently depending on the country it thinks you are purchasing from).

Re: New Soft

Thank you for posting the link. Freedrum uses gyroscopes/accelerometers (IMU for short). We have tested it (using Intel's Curie chip and the assistance of some of Intel's engineers) and concluded that drum sticks undergo too much acceleration for it to allow fast and accurate drumming. The fact that...
