Re: Solution to a GUI problem
Wow! Thanks so much for that reply. Really interesting stuff. I will try that next time I fire up my kit. I had played with the velocity curve of each kit piece in the map page but I wasn't aware of the randomisation that you addressed. Thanks again.

Solution to a GUI problem
For some reason unknown to me, about a month ago I started to observe some graphics issues with my Aerodrums. Re: Mounting stand for PS3 camera
I use an old camera tripod and some industrial velcro, with the camera stuck to the plate of the tripod - very adjustable in this arrangement.

Re: I’m planning to turn white light into Infrared light.
Just chipping in here with a link I found for a different project altogether, but may be an avenue for experimentation: http://www.stephenhobley.com/blog/laser-harp-2009/wiimote-for-midi-control/ Scroll down the page to see a simple circuit for powering an IR LED - if it was small enough it may make...

Re: Triggering percussion VST:s with hands alone
Or perhaps velcro the reflective ball onto a glove? Interesting - I have several percussion VST's that I used to play with either a Handsonic, a Zendrum or a Yamaha DTX12 Multi. I may have a look at this when I get some spare time. Thanks for the idea

Re: New version of Aerodrums @NAMM 2016
Thanks. When you mention the PS3, do you mean that I would need an additional Playstation 3 to run the aerodrums with my laptop, VR headset and mobile phone? Or just the PS3 camera that aerodrums already uses?

Re: New version of Aerodrums @NAMM 2016
Intriguing! I know nothing about VR / Occulus Rift etc etc but am fascinated at the prospect of playing in a virtual space. Would this product fit the criteria (apologies for the long URL but that is the product page from a Chinese Vendor): http://www.aliexpress.com/item/VR-Virtual-Reality-3D-Glasse...
