This is a great idea and we recently added it so it will be in the upcoming software update. Now when you click on an element from the list it will trigger a representative sample for the element.
Hi, it is not possible in the current version to force a set number of bars per line. The best you can do is insert line breaks ('k' key) on lines that end up with more than 4 bars but that will result in the rightmost barlines not being justified so it's probably not what you want.
That's a good question. We haven't been able to test it yet ourselves but also curious to know if anyone else has. We're hoping that the Aerodrums app will be compatible with the M1 chip without modification but if there are any issues we will prioritize fixing them.

There will be no issue downloading the software again. Just make sure you keep the product code that came in your Aerodrums box safe as you will need this to access the downloads page.
