I just did. But i also did before talking to "Maria Carey" from your support but after i told her i bought a used set she didn't answer to me.

Hello. I bought the set used on ebay.
There was no product code in it and the seller seem not to help me.
So what can i do now? It seems like i have no chance to get the software.
Also without product-code i can't even resell it to get a new one.

Any help ?
