Export WAV does nothing??

I'm trying to export a recording so I can build up a whole project. Incl. song is disabled. Pan to center, Disable reverb, and One wav per element all enabled. I click Export, choose a filename and location, and then absolutely nothing happens. No wavs. CPU shows Aerodrums app still using upwards of...

Re: Hit zone of single element way too big?

Oh geez I'm gonna have to re-position the whole kit. I've got a whole rack of toms sitting in the space between the floor tom and the ride cymbal.

Re: Hit zone of single element way too big?

Hello, in Aerodrums, each drum has a location in 3D space. The drum that triggers is decided by which drum your stick tip is closest to at the instant of the hit. This means that if for example you have only one snare and one floor tom in a right handed drum set, every hit to the left of the middle...

Hit zone of single element way too big?

I've got a custom kit and a few of the elements have a hit zone that waaaaaaay overlaps the other drums. They used to be fairly normal but it seems the hit zone size got messed up or glitched when repositioning. Drum14 (tom 6) is the worst offending one in the application but its size parameter look...

Re: Export individual elements to MIDI?

The next software update will add support for loading and saving custom MIDI maps within Aerodrums. This will allow you to do things like change the MIDI note that gets sent and the channel it gets sent on for any particular drum. Using this, you should be able to set up your DAW with multiple trac...

Export individual elements to MIDI?

I see in the recording menu you can export individual elements to WAV. That's super handy. Is there a way to export individual elements to MIDI? That would be the #1 feature for me, since my studio recordings are all MIDI drums and I like each element to be on its own track for mastering work. How h...

Re: Real drummers: Does Aerodrums help your kit playing?

i think using the palm of your hand as the surface in a 'reverse rebound' method is very relevant practice personally This! The palm-rebound technique has really exposed how weak my left hand is. My right hand has excellent control but left is sooooooo weak. Even with real sticks and a practice pad...

Real drummers: Does Aerodrums help your kit playing?

I got Aerodrums as a total newb. Prior I had only played a real kit for about three hours. Loved it so much I had to get Aerodrums :D Anyway, I think Aerodrums are the perfect training equipment. For example: My rhythmic accuracy with repeated hits and stuff on the real kit was pretty good, but on t...

Re: Cloned drumkits require repositioning every time?

We found a bug that will be fixed in the next update. It occurs when foot sensitivity is set to 100. For now you can work around this bug by changing the hihat pedal sensitivity from 100 to 99, either from the drumming menu within Aerodrums or by opening the drum kit ini file in a text editor and c...
