Aerodrums and Aered forums

I have had aerodrums about a month. My foot controls are already ripping apart at the bottom. Is this gonna be a normal thing? Please let me know what to do or how to order new ones. Looks like this should not happen so soon. Beside that, I love them.

When I export the music and drum tracks the music stops playing about 30 seconds into the song but the drum track keeps playing. Any suggestions? I use windows 10.
